Hey Camry09 got similar issue. Cruise set to 65, go down hill runs up to 70-75, wont slow automatically.

Oh and cruise down shifts when going up hill causing head to roll into backseat is normal with Toyota. 06 Corola, 07 Matrix, 06 Tacoma and 08 Tacoma all do it. HATE IT. Have other veh that keep speed smooth up hill. 04 Mazda B3000 worst in the world for whiplash.
