First off I would change the starter with a factory re-manufactured. I have NEVER EVER seen a flywheel come loose at the crank on a 5 speed. It is possible that the gear teeth are damaged but on a 5 speed this was super rare. I believe it is the aftermarket starter causing this. I have had this happen many times before.
This is not an interference engine. Now you have a no start; clarify, was it a no start before or a no crank? If the t-belt broke the engine would spin over super easy. Now if it is a no crank there are other things possible.
BTW there are 6 bolts not 7.
