Depends on a few factors.....

- Your driving style/position (sitting up straight, who drives like that, or relax).
- If you have the moonroof or not (difference of about 1").

Leg room is not really an issue since you can set your distance from the pedals and then adjust the telescopic (unless you've got tall passengers in the back).

I have the moonroof and you've got about 3.5" on me.
I keep a relax driving position, don't use the telescopic (all the way forward) and keep my seat pumped all the way to the floor. I have enough leg room (with some to spare for back passenger) and I've got about 2" of head clearance.

Although If I sit up straight, my head will touch the roof (the sliding moonroof cover part)... Keep in mind that the moonroof robs about 1" of clearance.

Best I can suggest, go try one out...
