to go into to more detail
first let me start off with this

Bank 1/2 stands for exhaust manifold 1 or 2 (1 being the side that has cylinder 1 on it)
sensor 1/2 means your pre/post-cat, sensor 1 reading pre and 2 reading post

a bank 1 sensor 1 means your pre-cat o2 sensor and it reads your fuel to air mix and with a lean condition that means its not reading enough fuel which is either to much air or to little fuel and going with the fact that the new celi's have problems with there MAF i would have to say thats your fault.
and o2's rarely go out.

as for the bank 1 sensor 2 reads the hydrocarbons/emissions coming from the cat
