There are plenty of options available to resolve the body roll issue. Front and rear sway bars which are relatively inexpensive and will make a nice difference. For example my MINI Cooper S came with a 19mm sway bar as standard equipment to help with body roll....I upgraded to a 22mm and there was noticeable difference.
