there is a support bearing on the passenger side drive axle that bolts to the motor, you sound like you left the 4 cyl axles in it along with the trans, if you use a v6 trans the bracket-bearing asy wont fit up to the motor that fits onto the v6 axles and the v6 trans takes v6 axles so the axles are bigger and wont fit into the 4 cyl bracket-bearing asy, you need the 4 cyl bracket with the v6 sized bearing off an alltrac or mr2 turbo
