Let me rephrase... Generally applies to the Big 3...
Toyota may have some issues, but compare the initial launch faults between Toyota/Honda vs. Chrysler/GM/Ford.. there is a big difference
And the Ipods... LOL Apple isn't exactly the best company either. Ask any PC enthusiast. Custom Built PCs put together by an experienced person is always going to out do a "name brand" company.
