well i found out what the problem was... it was house paint that had somehow got on there before i waxed. i also wrecked the car about a month or so ago
. just a scrape. its repainted now. just got him back from my friend who has been painting since the early '70s. he did the best job ive ever seen.... thanks for all the replies guys!!!
