Even though it may be similiar, it may be different problems. You may have to deal with one at a time to resolve your problem.
Brand even shose and drums don't necessary mean that they won't be the cause, like installation, in-correct part, etc. If it didn't make noise when braking before, I would suggest rechecking the installtion work first before checking on anything else.
As for the noise over bump, does it make noise when you hit the bump straight on, like a speed bump, which would move the suspension the same rate, hopefully.
