22-re advice

Alright I need some direction here. I have a '91 4-runner with a 22-re. It has no ass!!! It accelerates very slow and has no power.

Here is what has been done. After my wife killed the motor for the third time in 2 years I yanked it and had it rebuilt, everything new except crankshaft. It ran good until the fuel rail cracked and the engine caught fire, and after that i replaced.............the following sensors, mass air flow, knock, t.p.s., temp. It also has all new fuel injectors, lines, etc. And the engine wire harness in brand new. So basically everthing under the hood in new except the egr valve.

I have set the tps per directions in the haynes.

Any ideas????????????
