location is just behind the air filter box and its attached to the side of the strut tower.



this photo isnt from a camry (it pouring rain here and i might melt) so i found a photo similar to what you will see. you will see the top of the black fuel filter with a banjo bolt. the feed line is from the bottom.



if you do work on this yourself, make sure you use TWO wrenches on the bottom fitting. the bottom nut will loosen and the top nut (both nuts on under the filter) to hold the filter. when you loosen the top banjo bolt, use a wrench on the top nut underneith the filter to hold the filter. dont assume the bracket will keep the filter from spinning when you wrench on it.
