Yes you can use that NAPA fluid in everything. In the winter you might find the shifting a bit stiff until the fluid warms up is all. I prefer synthetic fluids myself.

Had you been using the Toyota red coolant all along I would have recommended you stick with it. Since you haven't don't worry about it.
