They're supposed to be self adjusting, but in my 2000 Camry that mechanism didn't work at all. Have you ever had them adjusted? Are you over by Grand View Park or Mt Sutro? That's about the hills I can think of in inner sunset. I'm in outer sunset. __________________ 2007 Camry 2.4L 5M
