The first problem you are having is called engine noise. This is a bit complicated as to how to get rid of it. there are many theories. your going have to determine weather the engine noise is comming off your RCAs or your Power wire. CHances are it's comming of the power line. In that case you will need to mess with the gains on your amp, because what you are doing is drawing too much power thorugh such a small wire. For a 2 amp setup you realy want to be running 4 gauge at the minimum but really u want 0 gauge. switching to that will most likely shield a lot of the engine noise making it so you can run higher levels of power thorugh your amp. but first turn your gains on your amp way down, then turn up the volume on the deck and rev the engine. then keep raising the gains and turning down the deck just a little each time and repeate this until u start to hear engine noise, then go back a step so that it's gone. that is most likely the easiest way you can get rid of it, jsut might not like the fact that u have to keep your stereo low.
