4th Generation SC noise and vibration fixed

Nothing big but just want to share my experience fixing my AC noise and vibration problems.

Ever since I installed TRD supercharger, my car vibrated much more than before and when AC kicked in, there was a noise and more vibration. After some investigation, I think the SC belt tensioner may be the problem since it moved much more when AC in on than off. So I ordered new tensioner and belt and a new idler pulley for tensioner. Yesterday I spend one hour to replace them and after that the noise is gone. New tensioner is not moving that much than the old one so it's obvious that old tensioner is going bad.

I also found that I over torque the dogbone bolt causing excessive vibration when AC kicked in. Since I retorqued it, no more annoying vibration when AC is on, only one or two seconds then back to normal. The car still vibrates a little bit more before I installed SC but it's not too bad.

BTW, I also fixed P0401 CEL. It's bad VSV. That VSV looks good when I test it but it actually didn't open up enough to allow enough vacuum to pass. This again proved the VSV may look good when test it but it's actually failed.
