I'm pretty sure other guys would shed more light on this, but since I'm awake and you're awake, what the hell right?
I've got a set of 6000K in my Gen6, which is pretty white, if not a slight tint of blue. Definitely worth getting, but nothing beats retrofitting real projectors into your headlights. As for your high beams, you need not worry about them cause they're a different set entirely.

Depending where you get you lights, some companies will have 5000k, 6000k or 4300k. Anything above will have a slight blue to it.
Since he's getting from XenonDepot, 4300k will give you a pure white output

2007-2009 Camrys take H11 bulbs (all these can be answered with a search on the forum)
HID kits can cost up to $250 depending on brand. TSX retros are $450 plus you have to buy D2S bulbs, ballast and harness which costs $360. If weather stays warm, I might see if someone can help me with it or do it myself. I might have this installed before November.
