When people start going to the dealer and start demanding for action when nothing is wrong, it makes it harder for someone else to go in and have them check out a real issue or concern.
That's why dealers charge you a diagnostic fee for your vehicle if they find nothing wrong with it.
Not trying to be a dick, but to me, it seems that you complained about a TSB issue just based on what you read from this thread.

Well ebumdude. You do present yourself as someone who somehow thinks you are a subject matter expert on my Car troubles.
My car at time does not down shift and lugs when trying to pass on the freeway. Also they did not charge me a diagnostic fee.
