tune-up problem?
why do i only get 18 mpg on my 96 camry 4cyl. i changed the plugs and put in ngk, changed the cap and rotor and wires.had the head rebuilt also because the gasket was blown. everything is pretty much running good, just dont get 23 mpg like i should. anybody know what could be wrong?
