Wow thats even worse. I would NOT want a boat look it would have from the rear being lower then the front. I would rather the raked look, especally because the Matrix is a wagon.

Like you said, .5 is basically nothing, you can get that from letting air out of your tires. Stock stuts should hold up fine. I lowered my old 98 Accord 1.5 all around (gave it the boat look, should of went 2' in the front) 2 years ago and it is still going fine with the stock, 10 year old struts.

The Matrix seems to have alot of wheel gap, I think a 2' all around, or at least 2' in the front and 1.5' in the rear would make it look right. Around here you cant slam my car because of roads, or I think it would even look better lower then that. Not to mention the handling benifits you gain. I assume it would be like night and day with the Matrix because it is a tall wagon.

C'mon aftermarket manufactors, we are waiting!!
