What was the problem exactly with the Oxygen sensor, and how did you got to fix it ? Because my dad is having the same problem with his 01 IS300 and I think his mechanic have changed all the sensors. and it still getting the CEL.
Now his mechanic told my dad that the proble is the catalytic converter. Is there a good place to online order this part. I did a google search and the only place I was able to find it New was in an ebay store and I am not sure if the store is reliable or not. They have a number there so I am going to give the a call.
