I will assume that the relay(s) have 4 wires. 2 wires under the same terminal is 1 wire. There should be 2 heavy wires and 2 smaller wires. The heavy wires are for the fan, the others to turn the relay on. If you were to remove the relay you should be able to jump out the heavy wires and turn the fan on, IF there is 12v on one of those wires. Goto Radio Shack and get yourself an inexpensive meter and find out. It could just be a blown fuse. The Manual should have the fuse locations.
