It's actually pretty nifty when its cold out and you don't wanna turn on your fan. In my car turning the fan on sometimes blows too much even on the lowest setting. It gives me a nice warm breeze with just the vent on warm fresh air when I'm cruising down the highway w/o using the a/c or the fans.
