I wouldn't buy a used amp. You never know if it was installed correctly, if ever overheated, etc. If you are on a budget check out Memphis amps. I used one to push two rockford powerclass 15's and never had any problems.
Here is a link to a one channel amp from them. It's only 600w @ 2 ohms. Should be plenty for that one 12 though, and it's new.
