Rule #8 says that cross-posting or double posting is not allowed. This exact same message is in 6 forums. Looking at the member's history, one can see that this is not uncommon.

I understand that this member throws money in the forum's direction, but why do we have a very specific rule that says that vendors must obey rules- if they are allowed to break them?

Relax. Read rule number 14:

14. No solicitation of any business or commercial websites are allowed except for Official TN Vendors.

Now read number 17:

17. Everyone (including Guests, Registered Users, Moderators & Official Vendors) must obey the above rules unless mentioned otherwise.

Since it was mentioned "otherwise" in rule 14, he can post where he wants.
