I haven't seen many (if any at all) do it yourself on speaker repair, normally its left to the professionals as there has to be spacing and gapping that has to be done right.

A recone kit would prolly run you at 20 dollars anyway.

If you really want to do it yourself, search eBay. I'm sure there are kits with instructions.

I'm not sure on the dimensions, but you could try finding a similar speaker from a site such as mcm electronics, and create a speaker ring to make it fit Toyota's design. But a nice sub/woofer is going to run you at $30 for a starting price.
