Do you mean Yaris ia?

I don't think you can turn off daytime running lights. They are designed to provide some visibility and safety whenever you operate the vehicle but it is not dark enough to require headlights. Why would you want to disable them?

Sorry for my english

The 2008 series had a special relay which would make the lights go DRL. I wouldn't bother with videos. Probably are good articles on how to change things to eliminate the DRL out there. Maybe in English or whatever language you like.

DRL disable.

If its like the/my 2007 yaris then underneath between stereo and steering colum is a black colored box.Depress the white tab, and unhook the plug from the relay box and drl will be disabled.

I did this as I like full manual control over my lights,I also have my fogs hooked up direct without relay and just inline fuse to toggle switch and use these as my daytimes.

Hope this helps.

(I dont really like them on all day and I put LED lights and I dont know if being on all day will affect my leds)

What exactly does this mean??

If you switched out the stock halogen bulb headlight(single bulb dual filiment/highs/lows) to led then whats the problem?

Led will last longer then any halogen so dont worry about having led lights on even if it were 24/7.
