Echo Tuning Advice

Allright,

I've got a stock 2002 ECHO and I want to tune the sucker for precision driving, HP is secondary to handling in my opinion.

Whats a good list of things I should do to the vehicle for a begining tuner? I've got a price range in mind in the 5-7k range over two or three years.

***

Forgot to mention, I am completely inexperienced and I'm just getting started. If you can point me in the right direction for anything it would be much appreciated.

A few things, you can do, and the brands I know for sure offer them for the Echo, others will have different brand preferences, I prefer OEM TRD stuff...

Larger, wider, lightweight rims with performance tires
Performance Lowering Springs (TRD (Eibach Pro-Kit), TEIN)
Performance Struts (TRD, Bilstein, Koni)
Front Upper Strut Brace (TRD, DC Sports, Cusco)
Rear Lower Member Brace (TRD, Cusco)
Front Lower Under Brace (Cusco)
Rear Sway Bar 22mm (Whiteline)

Wraith should have some feedback here...

Cheers,
