I just checked pricing here http://www.kbb.com// and it says that car STOCK is worth $6,100 U.S. I'd say you were getting a good deal with all those mods..

An installed and tuned electromotive will cost nearly that much. I say if you want a modded car, it sounds like a great deal. Just know what you're getting into with a car that modded.
