2006 Yaris Speaker sizes?

So ive been lookin into gettin a 2006 Yaris CE 3dr, and if i get it im gonna get just the 2 speaker cd player package and upgrade all the audio equipment. What size compontents come with the CE and or RS 3dr's? And with the CE, are the 2 speakers mounted in the door? or in the rear 1/4s?? Also in the trunk, how much room is there from the back of the seat to the hatch lid. Is there enough room to pop a 12" sub in on the side??
