How to manage TV Navigation system to catch Local TV Station in Toyota Vitz 2002

Hi,

I've got TV Navigation system along with a CD bundled with it, but whenever I enter the CD into it, it says invalid disk. I guess this can be used in Japan only, but in the TV Navigation panel, there is a button labelled "TV", what does it do? I wanna make it to catch my local television and show me the program or either wanna use it with my VCD Player, Would I be able to do that in some case ?
