Hi there
I have Echo 2002 but i lost the key
and i have the T-Code but i can't program it
what i can do to program new keys

does it have an immobilizer?
if it does, you need an obd
or there is a sequence of brake gas door.
i forget. but its an echo, i dont think it
has an immobilizer.

I'd call a toyota dealer. They should be able to cut you a new one based on your VIN. When I purchased my '01 they actually lost the key at the dealership and cut me a new one in about 5 minutes,
