A load of crap. Basically a resistor on the engine temp sensor to make it think it is always cold, hence it keeps it in warm up fuel trim. It does work to a certain extent, but is generally too small to notice. More than 2-3hp would surprise me, and your fuel economy will head south fast too.

I agreed, even put a new exhaust on will give you at least 5 more hps (under the hood).
