Price of Yaris in U.S.

Does anyone know the going price for the Yaris across the U.S. ? Here in the Southeast all the dealers are selling the for sticker price, is that what they are going for everywhere else?

The salesman I've been working with has been trying to find the Yaris sedan that I want for quite awhile now. He thought had me one last Friday, but it was sold of inventory before he could get it for me His going to look again Thursday when the computers are updated, and if he can not find it ,he is going to make a special order for my car. I'm not sure what the really means,do they send an order in to Japan and have them build it for you? And how long does that take to order one?

My price for the CE Sedan with added powerpackage, and fog lights will be $15,093 plus tax,tag and dealer. I'm thinking of adding the keyless entry for $230.00 since they may have to order it,but the puts the price up there even more? I wanted a Yaris because of its low price, but the added opitions are so pricey Is the keyless entry worth it? Here is what the powerkage gives you.

Power Package w/15 inch Steel Wheels wtih Anti Lock Brakes-PQAT $1,785
  • 15 Inch Steel Wheels and Full Covers
  • 60/40 Split Fold-Down Rear Seat
  • AM/FM CD Integrated Autio with MP3/WMA Placybakc Capability
  • Anti-Lock Brakes
  • Auxiliary Audio Jack and LCD Display
  • Cruise Control
  • Power Door Locks and Windows
  • Power Outside Mirrors
  • Rear Defoster
  • Tachometer
  • Upgraded Interiro Trim
Hopefully I will get my Yaris sometime soon?

Exclamation keyless sucks

I just got my Yaris a month ago; i added the powerpackage, convenience package and they added cargo floor mats for me. My total including taxes tag and fees came out to $15,800 but went down to $15,400 with the college grad rebate. I too had to add the keyless entry system for $266 and i don't think it is worth it because the stupid thing does not have a trunk release or chirping signal. The power package is definately worth it and would make the car a lot better but other then the keyless entry system which just got installed in my car today everything else is good. Talk to your dealer about the entry system and ask him the capabilities because i think all it has is a lock unlock and panic system and thats it. I was told it would cost an extra $300 to install a power trunk release that will work with the remote. if i had to do it over i would have asked more questions because the marketing strategy for the yaris is the price, size and mpg but thats because it doesn't have any of the features (that are standard on a lot of other cars) such as power locks, cd am/fm etc. I will tell you one thing, the gas mileage is great! i buy gas once every two weeks and when i drive to Chicago (which is 300 miles away from where i live) i don't have to refuel through the trip or even after i get to Chicago. I know this is too much info but if you have any other questions and if you find out about the keyless entry system please let me know. you can e-mail me at lilzina112@yahoo.com

Note: ask him if he can get the car with the keyless system installed from the factory

$12,400

I put $1k down in April and had a hatchback at the end of June. Both dealers I stopped at in Central Illinois in April had sedans on the lot (I think 2 each) but the wait was only for hatchbacks. I was told an allocation of just less than 1 per month per dealer but they thought they would get plenty of sedans. I have a silver 5-speed with the basic package which is what I wanted and sticker was $12,400. There was no negotiation room.
