Hi,

I am looking at doing the same thing.
As far as I can tell, the fronts are 6 1/2 and the backs are 5 1/4''.
It sounds to me like the fronts are 2 way and the rears are only singles, but they really suck.
I have to put the deck at 50 or so before I get an real sound out and then shortly after that they start to sound like crap. I am sure the deck is better than that, it's just the speakers.
I am looking at Pioneers all the way around, great sound and cheap.
TS-A167 for the front and the TS-A137 for the rear's. ( I might off a bit on the numbers ).
Anyway, good luck on your search for replacements.

I replaced my deck with a Clarion unit, and the stock speakers sound a helluva lot better than with the OEM upgraded 6disc/MP3/CD my RS came with...
