It depends on how hard you hit their car...if you just backed-up and your bumper hit theirs, I guess the only thing to fix would be the bumper but that's still pricey, maybe not the bumper itself but the labor that goes into it...I got an estimate on a scuff I had on my bumper, I thought they could just do that part but to replace the bumper and match the color and what not, it was about $600!! YIKES! And you don't want to go through a "cheaper" person just because you will be paying in a sense later on cause you would get a crappy job unless you have the hook up. Even if the bumper is clearly the most effected, the mechanics will check for other stuff under the car but I"m sure it will be fine as long as you didn't hit it hard.
