Canada Check engine code P0511????

I have a 2003 echo auto and the check engine light keeps coming on with the code P0511. So I took it Toyota and they told me there was a intake manifold gasket leak so they replaced it and cleaned the throttlebody and IAC passages. When I went to pick it up the light came back on. Anyone had the same code or any insight for me? The only thing wrong with the car is runs rough when cold and the gas mileage is down a bit. Otherwise you would not know the CEL was on. Please help!

I have the same model year, I haven't had any issues. Maybe you should have let the dealer know if the light came back on, I'm wondering if they reassemble things right but I don't know. It also could be an electrical thing as well, just a thought. I don't know how you define rough, its "normal" for a car to run a little rough when starting up cold, but that depends on the weather and gas mileage goes down when the car is still cold cause the engine is working harder but when it reaches normal operating temps it should improve. I assume snow or at least cold weather has hit you? Sorry I don't have any definate anwsers just suggestions. I wish you luck and I'm sure someone here can help you. Good luck!
