Especially when it is cold outside, I hear a rattling sound from the rear end of the car. It only happens when I'm moving, and can't be replicated when physically rocking the car up and down (nothing moving around in the trunk either). It has been looked at by Mavis (who installed shocks and struts a while ago) and am told that there are no safety issues. My guess is the shock mounts-any ideas? Thanks, John.
