headlights wet

I have a problem with head lights (the plastic covers). They are wet are and need to be cleaned; the problem appears on the inside of the glass. What should I do to clean them and fix this problem? Are they bad quality? Can I prevent this sealing them with silicone ? Please help

You got condensation. Best way is to take them out, dry them, bake them and take off the old silicon or you can just reseal them.

thanks a lot. Is there any information I can see about to take them out? Is there any access to a manual service? Is there any information about how to take them out?

^^^Do you have an ECHO? Yaris? Either go to www.echofans.org
Or www.Yarisworld.com. Do a search and there should be DIY's (Do it yourself) sections for you to look up. Good luck!
