Okay guys, chill out, not everything has anything to do with Toyota's QC.
It might be a simple case of untrained technicians forgot to put motor oil into the car. I know it sounds stupid but it happens relatively often, depending on which dealership you go to.
To the poster: make sure to get all the compensation that you deserve. Find a 2nd opinion to see if the car is really a lemon. If it is, get in touch with organizations such as the Better Business Bureau (or one that deals with cars and car business) and see if there's any further detail regarding getting a cash refund or an exchange for another car with zero problem.
What I'm trying to say is: don't make silly assumptions or jump to conclusion. Find out as much as you can from multiple sources before making decisions and taking actions.
