2004 Echo Rear Bumper Repair

I backed into a Hyundai SUV and now the rear bumper is really bent in deep. I need help removing it, there are at least two screws at the bottom that have plastic ends that look like they need to be cut to be removed. Is it possibly to remove these and still reuse them, and if not where can I get replacements/how much will they cost. Are there any other challenges in removing the bumper because it looks like the side clips come off relatively easily, but I don't know about the rest of it. I've never done this before. If anyone has any guides or tips that would be great thanks.
