Should I change the radiator myself?

Hi, I have 2000 Echo with 250000 Km. The radiator looks pretty bad, 30% of the fins are gone, but it's not losing any coolant and the high-temp. indicator doesn't light up.
I would like to change it before things get worse and I was wondering if it's a job I could do myself.
I'm not a mecanic, but it doesn't look too complicated. I would like to have your advice on the difficulty level of this job. Is it for a beginner or should I let a pro do this?
Thanks a lot.

Hard to guage how mechanically inclined you are. Do you know how to drain the coolant? How about taking a few bolts off? Cutting and installing new hoses? Its a simple job well to me atlease. If you have patience and good with directions you can grab yourself a service manual.

Well, I'm pretty shure I can do it, it doesn't look too complicated. I just wanted to know if there are some hidden difficulties that I didn't evaluate. If it's just about draining the coolant and adjusting the hoses I think it will be fine.
