I have a CEL light on. I took off the catalic converter off both. Is there any way that i could trick the ecu to turn off the CEL light.

I forget what they are called, but yes, you can get something that plugs in and makes the computer think there is an O2 sensor there.

you could replace the one with the oxygen sensor in it then itll be ok or if your car's still running then you can go to auto zone and they can turn it off for free
