Question Some Tech questions

I've got three questions for everyone out there:

1.) Will and exhaust system for the NPC13 Chassis Vitz RS 5dr fit my NCP12 Chassis 2000 Echo 4dr? I asking specifically about the Fujitsubo Power Getter System ( http://translate.google.com/translat...n%26safe%3Doff )and it looks like it would fit, I emphasize LOOKS. Anyone got an idea??

2.) I've got some slack on my throttle cable and was wondering how to tighten it up a bit without having to buy a bigger rotor. The pedal has about an inch or so of give before engaging the rotor.

3.) I always wondered about the little clipped on cover in front of my HUD (its oval shaped and centered in front of the speedometer). I was browsing for information on my first question and came across this pic http://www.c-one.co.jp/zoom07_image/91vitzrs_bonnet.jpg You should see what I'm wondering about in the center-left of the photo. Anyone know what it is??

that cover in front of and below the gauges on the hatches had the buttons for gauge cluster brightness and the trip meter.

adjust the cable shorter. Either ratchet down the adjuster, or make a new stop for the rotor...2 down.

hatches have no real distance from the rear wheels to the rear of the car. Sedan models have a foot or 2. Given everything else is the same, it likely won't fit as it will come up short. That said, I've never tried to compare. If you got it, you might have a section welded in to extend it as I believe they follow the same path, but you might find other differences. Again, I never bothered to look into it.
