2000 echo belt ?

alright...its winter here and i turn my baby on and she squeals at me...not till the engine warms up does she let up.....im thinking its caused by the glazing in the belts...she has over 100, 000 miles on her and as far as i know those are original belts....now here is what my question is....what belts should i change and how do i go about getting to them....as far as i know she has 2 belts one on the fan the other on the alternator (i think) ...might be good to replace both....whats the easyist way to go about that?
