2002 echo, no fold down rear seat??

Hey everybody, I'm hoping somebody can shed some light on this for me... I've had my Echo for 5 years as of this upcoming May and I love love love it! My only wish was that my back seat be able to fold down because I have yet to find a way... It's not your average 60/40 split which seems to be the only ones I can find referenced online; it's completely solid across the back and I don't see any obvious levers/buttons either inside the car or in the trunk to release the seat to push it forward. Am I forever stuck with a stuck seat? Any help is appreciated!

Thank you!!

Is there a hole you see from the trunk between the passenger and the trunk? IF so, then if you really want to, I guess you can try shopping around a a junkers to see if you can find a 60/40 that may fit.

To my knowledge not all ECHO's came equipped with this. I have 60/40 split but I think it was one of the options.

Yeah as mentioned probably could swap out the seats for one. Goo luck!
