Unhappy straange rattle

when i let out the clutch when accelerating, there is a loud rattle coming from the engine bay, not exactly sure where as it only happens when im driving. Ive also noticed it happens at low rpm's...
Im driving a '90, i believe it has the 3e in it

any ideas on what this might be?!?!?!

If you still have the heat shield over your exhaust manifold, it may be that. Those almost always start rattling around, I pulled mine off, its pretty useless.

It's only there I believe to help you not burn yourself on the mani. If it was taken off and put back on that doesnt really mean it would fix it from rattling. They tend to rattle from being old. Tear that sunbitch off ;-)
