A DIY engine start button (something like the S2K)

Im just planing to put a engine start button on my little echo (something like the S2000 engine start button).
Is a 2001 model. Any ideas on which cable I have to cut?

I got the button from hardware store already, the spec is-

Momentary Push "on"
Contacts: 250V AC 3A
Mounting: Threaded bush
Overall size: 15x15x37.8mm
Clearance: 27.3mm
Cut out: 12mm
Terminals: Solder Tags

Now my problems are the what is the right relay and how to wire it.

PS: Don't get confused, I have an ECHO not any Hondas.

Thanks.
