Hi,

I have VITZ 2002 Automatic Transmission, I want to ask that when BATTERY gets down then is there any option to start the car without connecting another battery to it...

Thanks in advance.

Not really.
There is three total options when a battery is dead. Two apply to the AT, all three apply to Manuals.
1. Jumpstart with another car via cables hooked up appropriately to each batteries' terminals.
2. Replacing the battery entirely if it's old or so zapped of energy that it's dead.
3. Push starting... which is you push start a car with the clutch depress and gear in 1st or 2nd. When going about 5-10 mph, you pop the clutch (sudden release). This will start up the motor. ..OF COURSE THE LAST OPTION WORKS AND CANCELS OUT OPTION 1 AND 2...BUT YOU NEED A MANUAL ie the 5 speed.

Yes, I'm afraid with an automatic, you'll have to address the battery issue, which is 1 and 2. You really can not push start automatics.
