sound problem

I have a question regarding the o8 yaris. whenever I drive above 20 mph the sound from the cd player or radio increases but when I go 20 mph or less the sound goes back down. shouldn't the sound stay at a constant level regardless of speed?

Well, it's a feature that's been around for awhile, where the volume automatically increases or decreases slightly with sound to compensate for the wind noise or lack thereof upon slowing.

I didn't know the Yaris had that feature though.

is there any way to turn it off?
