Question ? Best way to fix plastic bumper tore paint/ plastic..help

Hi

Our car is only six mo's old and we backed into a darn cement pole in a dark parking garage!

Im glad its plastic bumper and not paint on metal or it would rust but...

If I want to fix it up myself how would I go about it an easy way..not perfect but easy and better then torn black plastic and marks sticking out of blue paint?

Does regular toyota touch up paint work on plastic bumper? Sand it, buff it w/ special polish or what, its black torn plastic under light blue paint.

wouldnt pro repair cost a bunch? Its worth it but I might not have the money to do it.

Thanks everyone

Call up a local shop and ask. I need to take the front bumper off my mom's camry to get painted as well. So far I've asked around and the price is as low as 80 bucks up to 200.

Brake lights aren't broken, I just don't brake.
--Can honestly go to a parts counter and ask for brake shoes for the front brakes.
